What to Expect: From First Conversation to Fitting

No one navigates alone, unless they choose to. Here is every step, in order.

Inquiry

I verify your insurance within a 48-hour window.

I confirm the appointment, send the welcome guide, and offer transportation and an optional pre-consult.

iii.

One dedicated hour: a mini scalp assessment and design with the Sherri Renée Designer Toolkit and Legacy Collection sample units, in-suite.

iv.

A written plan, shown with and without insurance, and with financing.

A deposit places the order. I provide the superbill and reimbursement guidance, and send status updates through production.

vi.

The unit glowing on the block, the Donna Jean Restoration Kit laid out, cut and customization completed live.

vii.

Check-ins on a schedule you set, then maintenance every three months.

Caregivers are welcome throughout.
